Had an efficient great experience today
I opened an Ultimate Account at this branch, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. Although I updated my address during account setup, it wasn’t properly applied across all my accounts. As a result, both my new credit card and checkbooks were sent to the wrong address. Worse still, I now have to go back to the branch in person just to pick up the credit card due to their mistake. Unhelpful and impolite staff. Only friendly thing offered was have a nice day. I walk in and explain a known issue I’m having that must be resolved over phone or in and the guy clearly doesn’t give me the time of day and just says “it’s technical, wait.” I then say it’s been months and it’s not going to fix itself.
