Feel so much better after I met a knowledgeable manager in NorthVancouver, the honest feedback and support was incredible!
I visited the North Vancouver branch to apply for a line of credit, with strong financial standing and excellent credit. Not only was my application rejected without a clear explanation, but I was later told it had been “approved” — only to be informed again that it had mysteriously failed a second time. Had an efficient great experience today
I opened an Ultimate Account at this branch, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. Although I updated my address during account setup, it wasn’t properly applied across all my accounts. As a result, both my new credit card and checkbooks were sent to the wrong address. Worse still, I now have to go back to the branch in person just to pick up the credit card due to their mistake.
