Unhelpful and impolite staff. Only friendly thing offered was have a nice day. I walk in and explain a known issue I’m having that must be resolved over phone or in and the guy clearly doesn’t give me the time of day and just says “it’s technical, wait.” I then say it’s been months and it’s not going to fix itself. Closed before posted business hours. I arrived at the branch at 4:57 on Dec 2 and the branch was closed tight, Doors locked, and nobody left in the branch except for one person closing the door she left. That person told me they closed early because they were having difficulties with their system. However, there was sign/note posted to explain to disappointed customers why they would close early.
Worst customer experience of any branch. It’s so bad they don’t have an active manager. Their advisors don’t even know their own policies and will delay any action you request. You’re better off talking to an ATM than anyone sitting in an office there.
