I can't believe how deliberately slow they are here. I have been going to a branch that is further to get faster service.
I witnessed them lock the doors at 4:30 pm when their signs clearly say they close at 5 pm on weekdays. Their employees and security watched multiple people try to open the doors but denied them entry.
Snails are faster than the reps at this location. They act like they have all the time in the world and all customers are born just to watch them as audience without having a clue if they should clap or not. So frustrating!!
Staff at this branch needs to be trained on Customer Services/interactions. This Bank should not be in our neighbourhood it is an embarrassment to whom we are!!
Fails in comparison with other Financial Institutions Misplaced my card. No LOCK CARD tab on the app. Had to go into branch and get a new card , gave blood and urine sample and had to go through and entire Pain in tha Butt process. Look at other banks if possible
