Really rude, don’t help at all, terrible service
This is only my personal experience. I had a check issued by Bank Of Nova Scotia. I received it in the mail as the Loblaws bread rebate. I read online that you can cash a check even if you don't have account with the bank as long as you have two pieces of government ID. I went to this branch and I was told they only cash government checks. I pointed out the the check was issued by Scotia Bank and they still refused. I explained that as a senior citizen I was aware of scams and asked if they can only verify the check was real... read more
Worst branch… I went to deposit cash in a new account and the old lady teller was being very rude and was asking me questions like I’m a thief over a 6k deposit.. they have no business asking any questions. Very weird lady
