Avoid this branch if you can. The staff are unprofessional, rude, and unwilling to help. Customer service is terrible — they don’t seem to know what they’re doing or care about the customers. I wouldn’t trust them with handling my money or my account.

Id like to start by saying I love Scotiabank, its been my bank of choice for several years But the outside atm during renovations is down So ive been sitting g here watching several customers swear (exactly as I did when I saw this) because this put a damper in our days Id wager an exterior atm which is a great idea in a town that doesn't have welland colorful characters , and likely the reason they're renovating ,to avoid the nightly sleepovers before winter hits (which never really bothered many people but I understand the... read more
Scotiabank In Welland Niagara Street very rude. Leave you standing don’t offer you to sit down even though they’re under construction they could bring a chair for you to sit down. They are not Incentive to their customers needs. I highly recommend a totally different bank. Times are tough for everybody hard-working individuals that never default in payments or are late never get any kind of help from anybody at this bank
