I’m closing my account and had to transfer the money out, I’ve always been maintaining the minimum balance of $6000 since I first opened the account, and yet they insisted on charging me $31 for not keeping up with the minimum balance? How am I supposed to close the account without first taking my money out? This is total BS and I would’ve given it a 0 rating if there is an option, if this is how the company operates with no common sense I’m sure it will go bankrupt soon
This is my favorite place as US card works at this location only.
