Extremely worst experience i had ever with all staff including branch manager she is very rude lady and dont have even sense to talk with anyone, such a arrogant behavior experienced.from service point of view 0 from my side Always disappoints me
I had a very disappointing experience dealing with Sahil at this branch. His conduct was unprofessional and dismissive throughout the interaction. When I attended to pick up a bank draft that I had been told would be ready at any time, it was not prepared, and I was instead told to return another day. What made the situation worse was Sahil’s attitude. He laughed during the interaction and made me feel incompetent rather than assisting in a respectful and professional manner.
