Staff is not cooperative they guys ask questions without any reason which got transfer from my parents from india and I provided each and every detail bank statements of my parents with highlight form but they guys are not still releasing the payment . I needed payment urgent for my tution fees . Bad service. No one should visit here .

Worst experience. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location. Every time I visit, I feel like brown people are treated unfairly. Today, I went there to withdraw money from my own account that I urgently needed. The elderly lady assisting me was extremely rude and refused to serve me. She said the money had been transferred to me by a friend and might be considered fraud. I had my valid ID with me and was simply trying to withdraw money from my own account.
