Misguided by the woman/ the greeter and was told to wait five to ten minutes for some guy in the back to take care of me. Waited for fifteen minutes, the guy didn't show up. Eventually I talked to some guy at the front counter and got the job done. This was DEFINITELY the last time of me going to this branch.
This branch should be closed. They don’t have a customer service sense at all, they don’t even know how to speak with customers politely. I would have given them negative stars if I could.
Very bad service they closed my account after 7years saying I deposited old check
I had worst experience today I went to this branch the front associate sahil arora asked silly questions that other associates never ask to us and he always do that.
