I had a phone call appointment with Kulwinder Sanghera today at 1.45pm. I was waiting for phone call but she didn’t call me . I took a break from work just for attending call but after waiting for long time, I got an email at 3.20pm that my appointment has been cancelled even without informing me . I am very disappointed with this.
I visited the branch today to issue a draft and I had the worst experience ever. There was a long line and to my surprise there were only 2 associates available at the branch. Seriously??? This is what you call customer service. Your manager should learn how to operate a branch and to deal with customers during busy hours.
One of the worst bank branch don’t opt it for your Bank too long waiting they don’t even have staff to work I am serious don’t ever visit you will regret it
Only 2 at the counter working while 15 people in line waiting for their turn? No wonder why this location have 2.2 star rating! Changing my bank now.
Worst experience at this branch. I waited in line for over 15 minutes and the line wasn’t moving at all. Then a man skipped the line, and instead of addressing it, the teller immediately started helping him. When I raised the issue, staff didn’t care at all about what I was saying. Completely unprofessional and disappointing customer service.
