Went in to get help with my account and the bank teller went to the back to talk to manger without me being present to explain my situation. I closed my account. Worst bank I’ve had to deal with.
The two step authentication wasn’t working on my laptop. Although other staff help was useless, one teller by the name Vigneault was not only patient, super helpful and friendly. He gets five stars. I brought my laptop into bank…. What’s with having NO wifi available so I could show what’s going on. Crazy!!! For all the $$$ you charge us!

Sarika lady She don't disurb this job Find gas station or something for her worst cust. Service I was telling my problem she refused to listen and hung up on me. Asked for manager She said she not there on duty time
O boy where do I start? I went in today to get a new debit card and deposit my paycheque. Everything went fine and I got my new card ect. About 45 min later I stop to get gas on my way home and my card isn’t working and I’m locked out of online banking. Called the help line which didn’t answer after 40 min. I had to drive back into town and went to a closer a location.
