Worst location i been to The brown lady at the counter dont know about the customer service and their supervisor dont know how to talk she is very rude.. will never visit again
I’m giving 2 stars only because the white gentleman at the first counter provided excellent service during my third visit. Unfortunately, my overall experience was frustrating due to Mr. Daman and the person beside him, who sent me away twice insisting I needed a SWIFT code—even though I clearly stated the transfer was within Canada. Anyone with basic knowledge—or even a quick Google search—knows that domestic transfers within Canada do not require a SWIFT code. Very satisified with how my inquiry was handled here. I enjoyed one of the quickest bank transactions I'ved had in this branch. Also I noticed it was newly renovated Excellent service! :)
