The worst branch ever , they have the most racist people that I've ever met , closed my accounts forever, shitty service .
I recently came to this branch because I had a problem with one of my accounts. The Teller Shantanu was extremely helpful and immediately helped me find a solution for the problem. He was quick, but not submissive. He was able to find the solution for me with no outside help in the matter of minutes!
I recently visited this branch to discuss my account. The staff who assisted me was dismissive and unwilling to listen carefully to my concerns. When I tried to explain my issue, they didn’t offer a clear solution and made me feel pressured rather than supported. Eventually, my problem remained unresolved, and I had to seek help elsewhere.
