Always get great service from this bank.. Special Thanks to Matteo Vidal ! He helped me and my wife with financial advice about GIC's and other money matters. Most of the employees there do not have good customer service, slow and not efficient!
Very poor service. Opened 9:30 with only 1 both open. More than 10 customers are in queue.
Bad team and worse manager
Very unhelpful. Passive attitude when they know you will be closing out the accounts and withdraw all the money.
