I booked an online appointment for 6pm with an advisor named "Romellyn Ramos Guinto" , recieved a confirmation email, drove 37 km in rush hour from North York, and when I arrived door was closed and nobody was there! Very irresponsible, unprofessional, and careless!!! 😡 I will never come back and will take my business to another bank! 😒
I made an appointment for 2pm on a Saturday with a financial advisor and waited 40 minutes. I then asked the receptionist if I can see someone else since we were waiting for a while. They found another advisor that could help us. Unfortunately, the advisor had limited knowledge on what we made the appointment for. I have been coming here for over 15 years and will not be returning. In addition, I will be changing institutions.
Been trying to get in touch with this branch to pull mutual funds. Booked appointment online. Never got a call. Emailed no answer customer care kept telling me I had to get in touch with the branch. After waiting on hold for over an hour multiple times. Emailed a rep got a response finally and still haven’t spoken to anyone about my money. I also left a voicemail even after that I got nothing. Don’t bank with Scotiabank but specifically this branch.
They are very helpful and professional
There is a delay in transactions. Its very bad
