I went in to get foreign currency and the person that helped me was extremely kind and helpful.
I asked for a debit card replacement and was promised it would take 5 business days. It’s now been 3 weeks, and Customer Service still can’t tell me where my card is. No answers, no accountability, just a complete lack of follow‑through. Very frustrating experience. Teller was rude and terrible Customer Service.
Fir the past 20 years plus, I have always received great service at this branch.
