Ridiculously slow service. Two people trying to solve someone’s issue and the rest of us are just waiting in line indefinitely. Why are we paying all these fees for bad service? Then when they are finally done, they decided that “chatting away their life experiences” was a good idea with the next customers.
My latest experience with 135 Trinity, Moncton, N B Sr. Customer Experience Associate - " RUPALIE " was so helpful by providing a solution to my situation and exceeding the outcome by suggesting changes to my account to make it better for next time. Thank you Rupalie for providing the assistance and piece of mind that all was OK with my account....you exceeded my expectations in a prompt professional way.

Standing in line for 30 minutes now, with about 6 or 7 other people. There were 4 tellers when I arrived, but it’s lunch time now, so THREE of them left… Is this a joke?? The only reason I have to wait in the first place is because your machine keeps refusing some bills from a deposit I’m trying to make. If you’re going to close your teller counter at 3pm anyway, why not just skip lunch?? Do better Scotia Bank!! Some of us have jobs, open normal hour jobs, that we need to get back to!
