The financial advisor (Ibrahima) I’ve been dealing with at this location is top notch. Responds to any emails pretty well right away and was very helpful coming up with a home ownership plan.
Slow service lineup all day teller is just standing there only one open not serving customers. Took a full hour to deposit change into account. Unacceptable has to be worst service in the city
Poor customer service.. Only one bank teller open with a lineup of people. It took over 30 minutes to get through the lineup.
Waiting in line for 45 minutes is absolutely not acceptable!! 1 teller!! This needs to be fixed!!!!!
