We have had such mixed experiences here. For our everyday banking we are content. We have little need to use most of their daily banking servies but when we do we find the staff helpful and the service adequate. That being said, we have spoken to two different "mortgage specialists" now as well as the branch manager and have had so many problems we have chosen to take our business elsewhere. Trash slowest bank in the world waiting 2months going on 3 just 2 transfer money to a estate account
The ATM freezes after it takes your cash on the weekends when the branch is closed, forcing you to go to the bank during business hours. Which is when people who work for a living are not available. This branch is rude, and the location is completely unsafe.
