Trash slowest bank in the world waiting 2months going on 3 just 2 transfer money to a estate account
The ATM freezes after it takes your cash on the weekends when the branch is closed, forcing you to go to the bank during business hours. Which is when people who work for a living are not available. This branch is rude, and the location is completely unsafe.
Garbage customer service! They approve things and take them away with no notice and don't bother calling back! Consider any other bank but this one!
There is a twist at the end of this story. I was there with my mother and an employee ‘shushed’ my mother by extending her hand rudely. We did not raise our voices and had a simple inquiry, yet she was persistently rude throughout the conversation. Further, the employee’s breath was unpleasant, calling hygiene into question. I would’ve given this a one star review fortunately the manager Emily Dunn was immensely helpful.
Strung us along, wouldnt answer calls or emails, had to be forced into talking to us by us physically showing up & refusing to leave, answered questions cryptically or by passing off to other people who also dont help much. Had to totally upend our lives and schedules just to finally be told after 2 weeks a simple answer. Do not get a financial advisor here. A 5 minute phone call with CIBC gave us more information than 3 weeks of trying with this bank
