1 star because I can't rate it 0 or Lower. The employees seem to forget that they should be working for us, Being dismissive, Condescending and rude and then only escalating the situation instead of diffusing. Some basic competency training and also customer service and etiquette would go a long way for an organization that survives by charging us fees to access our own money. Not worth your time as the accountability is nil. Bring your business literally anywhere else.

My anxiety issues make these things difficult, Catherine made making an account very smooth and easy for me without judgment thank you Catherine G. It might not seem like anything to you but to me it was extremely helpful. You’re the best.

useless staff in bay street branch they don't have much knowledge .went there 3rd time after waiting long time in the line every time i return back home with no solution .i think i have to change my bank.
