Can't access ATM after hours
I visited this branch to ask for void cheque and the representative shirley davis suggested me to order a cheque book which cost me 72$, I then called Scotia online for help and they said once you receive the cheque book on your mailing address you can return that to branch and they will process the reimbursement but again Shirley Davis turned me away saying that she need to contact D+H to initiate my refund and she cant get in touch with D+H during Saturdays. 2.3 rating for this branch is totally justified! I am staff and visited the location to have my preferred account converted to ultimate package account. At the counter, I was told by Shirley that it's not allowed for staff. Then I called the 1800 service from there itself and they told me that this information I was provided is incorrect. The branch manager was involved and she said that staff cant have "staff ultimate package" but I can have the same as a regular customer. I tried to apply for business credit card without business banking account( only personal accounts) at Scotiabank , the business advisor said I must open accounts to apply for credit card but Scotia bank experience centre told me it’s okay without opening accounts. Terrible advisor!
