The manager, Iryna, is very good with following up. Cashiers are also very helpful. Saddened that they will be closing this branch soon.
Do not use this branch. It has me contemplating moving all my banking elsewhere. They do not care about customer satisfaction. I was told the annual fee on my credit card would be waived, it in fact was not waived and was told by the branch manager to just “cancel the card” a month after opening it. She then told me closing a card does not affect credit score… (yes it does). Avoid this awful location at all costs. I will be never attend this branch again.
ATM never take complete cash deposits.. then suck having to go inside and have a teller deposit the money but only 2 working on a Monday morning. The wait is over 15-20 mins! Just go somewhere else
