I had an issue with my checking account where a pre authorized payment was being made that I wanted to dispute. The representative from Scotiabank on the phone that morning told me to go into the branch. When I went into this branch, the teller told me it’s a fraud dept issue and can only be taken care of by phoning them. I asked him to call the fraud dept with me but he said he could not help at his level at the branch. I left and I called the fraud dept and the rep on the phone told me it can only be resolved at the branch... read more
For years this branch is notorious for ATM machines constantly being out of service. They need a new manager that can figure out how to operate a bank. Disgraceful. Zero stars but it won't let me, just know I meant zero stars.
Waited over 30 minutes and just ended up walking out to withdrawal money. Service is so slow
