I deal with tangerine and im forced to use the abm machines as u cannot go to the Scotiabank tellers themselves with a tangerine card. The Scotiabank abms are complete garbage they refuse half the bills even in good condition and half the time the touch screen doesn't work - u don't figure that out till after it's eaten your card. I had to return the next day to retrieve it in person. Do not deal with Scotia bank. If you can.
I went to get a new bank card with all my id still wouldn’t give me one when I had the bank app and old card right there no help will never go to this branch again. The young guy has an attitude problem and is no help at all he shoutout be working there everytime I ask to speak to a manger they are never to be found. Do not go to this branch’ they do not help. A ll the young people are hiding in the back talking.
Wow. If I could leave less than 1 star for this branch I would. Tried to do a mortgage refinance and the rep was beyond rude and snotty. She could not even admit why she was late calling me, instead made up some "maintenance" lie. Do not recommend.
Very good
The last two times I used the drive through ATM, withdrawals were disabled. Today the same, as well as the in store ATM. Had to use another bank and get charged for withdrawal.
