Asked the bank to open for me a chequeing and submitted driving license and health card and they said get a passport or other ID. I mean I wasted half an hour on this. Please fix the branch

The worst Brunch . Bc the brunch manager Massimo Amalfa is the worst and , unprofessional. I talk to all my family members my clients .to stay away from this bank , and to switch to deferent bank hopefully soon !
Can’t even use the the ATM machines, when the bank is closed, really really stupid.
