My recent visit to this Scotiabank branch was a disaster. The older gentleman who assisted me with opening a new account was unhelpful, untransparent, and extremely rude. His demeanor made the entire process frustrating and unpleasant. I ultimately decided not to open an account and would caution others against visiting this location.
I have been dealing with Scotiabank for just over a year now and have had nothing but great service, friendly and efficient!
I have been banking with Scotia for over 45 years and would have moved all our accounts to this branch when we moved up here several years ago, but whenever we have go in, we are not impressed with their knowledge or service. We continue to use our branch in Toronto and thankfully, do most of our banking online.
I have an issue with the ATM machine on many occasions. Last time two out of the three in the front were not working and a line up for the 3rd one. This happens so often. The teller has told me on other visits they don't have anything to do with the machines. Are these not serviced regularly?
