This branch has been great for me and my family. We do almost all of our banking through Scotiabank. The staff here are always friendly and helpful. My only complaints are that the bank machines seem to be down a lot and there's no direct phone number to call the branch.
Worst Scotia branch ever. The bank machines are always down or malfunctioning. Long lineups and rude unknowledgeable staff. Go elsewhere
Stand in line forever and trying to call in re-routes you to the call center. Trying to get service is difficult.
This is the worst bank. Everyone who works there is incompetent. The manager sits in his office, playing on his phone…and doesn’t care to communicate with customers. This bank should be shut down and the manager should be fired.
I dealt with the scotiabank in Penetang for years and it was great hardly any lineups staff was great no complaints Midland totally different story you can be in a lineup for a half an hour to 40 minutes. I hate the place lousy parking considering moving my bank to another one.
