The level of professional indifference exhibited by the staff of the Midland branch is shocking. The amount of deflection and runaround I have experienced just to be able access MY OWN MONEY is ridiculous. They have no concept of customer service standards.

My recent visit to this Scotiabank branch was a disaster. The older gentleman who assisted me with opening a new account was unhelpful, untransparent, and extremely rude. His demeanor made the entire process frustrating and unpleasant. I ultimately decided not to open an account and would caution others against visiting this location.
