This is the worst bank. Everyone who works there is incompetent. The manager sits in his office, playing on his phone…and doesn’t care to communicate with customers. This bank should be shut down and the manager should be fired.
I dealt with the scotiabank in Penetang for years and it was great hardly any lineups staff was great no complaints Midland totally different story you can be in a lineup for a half an hour to 40 minutes. I hate the place lousy parking considering moving my bank to another one.
I just want to talk to someone at the Midland branch. There is no option to do so, unless I know an extension. Which, I do not. No customer service line for MIDLAND. It just reroutes you to the call centre. Which, will do me no good. I need to speak to someone at the Midland branch. Very frustrating.
I haven't interacted woth the employees. But having to have to move from the penetang branch to this one sucks. Parking lot is terrible, and I have to go out of my way to get her now just to pull money out. Worst decision scotia has made. I may switch banks
