I have waited for over 30 minutes in line, because they only have 1 cashier working. This is disgraceful. You bank employees walking around and simply looking the other way. What a shame.
If you plan to switch to Scotiabank for your mortgage, make sure you start the process several months before your renewal date. In my experience, the application and transfer process took much longer than expected, which resulted in additional costs that could have been avoided. My 1-star rating reflects both the lengthy mortgage transfer process and my experience with my Home Financing Advisor, Palmina.
