This branch has been extremely disappointing. The staff consistently show a lack of professionalism and make no effort to listen to clients’ needs. Despite being mature adults, many of the employees display poor attitude, laziness, and unwillingness to assist properly. DO NOT VISIT THIS BRANCH. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a bank. The level of unprofessionalism, laziness, and racism displayed by the employee, Jega N Nadarajah, was absolutely unacceptable. I went with a friend who speaks Spanish and only about 60% English to help him open a business account. I was there to support and translate if needed. The last time I visited the branch to open a bank account for my dad, they didn’t have a Persian-speaking representative. I offered to translate for him, but they accused me of possibly misinterpreting information. I was very disappointed. The teller was rude and acted in a discriminatory manner.
This is a terrible bank. The employees are totally unhelpful. They literally try to prevent you from accessing your own money.
