Absolutely no customer service at all. They don't even acknowledge you. They deserve a negative rating.
Terrible service the staff are all in training since years now and the bank manager is extremely unreasonable. I had a complaint of having my time wasted as they did 5 background checks just to tell me they don’t have the right bills in USD when my first thing I told the teller was I need X amount of five dollar bills took 20 minutes to tell me they don’t have it after a background check & instead of even hearing me out he started blaming me and making excuses.
Very bad service and very bad bank. If I put a cheque they hold for 5 days for ever. 5 days meaning 5 business day, but this bank took 7 business days. I put a cheque Monday morning it will Release on other week Tuesday. Other banks if I put Monday the cheque will be released on same week Friday. And customer service is very bad they are rude and don't want answer. I will not recommend this bank.
Extremely rude staff. Literally they do not want to work!
