The worst branch to deal with hands down. One of the most rudest supervisors ive ever dealt with. 9 times out of ten, im leaving in frustration. Ive taken 6 consecutive pay cheques to this location to only hold them every time. Get the run around that they need 3 consecutive cheques after 6 times taking it in. Stay away from this location if you dont want to deal with rude employees. Will be closing my account ASAP
As a tangerine customer I used to come to this location to get change for laundry money. I have now been told that they will no longer break cash bills for anyone not a direct Scotia customer, and suggested I take my cash to a nearby store and ask them for change instead. If you cannot handle one of the most basic purposes of being a bank you dont deserve to exist. I will not be stepping foot in this branch again.
Terrible customer service. Been trying to connect with the bank for an appointment to do a withdrawal of my savings account and they don’t let me access my own funds.
