I was on the phone with customer support for few minutes on Sunday trying to resolve a transaction issue, but it couldn’t be resolved. I decided to visit the branch, and Dale along with another associate, was able to assist me quickly and efficiently. They were professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful, making the process smooth and stress free.
Has anyone been able to call in to contact this bank directly? Tried calling and I just kept getting re-directed to the general Scotiabank line. The hours are also horrible.
ABM has taken my cash on multiple occasions and failed to deposit. Becomes a huge pain and long wait to get it resolved and never get so much as a "sorry about that."
