Glad to be moving away from brick and mortar banking. What an unnecessary headache this place is. Long waits, staff do not know what they’re doing. Advisor Jake is inept, does not follow up, and left cash sitting after asking for a repeating PAD and investment plan. He actively lost us money by not setting up the investments properly. Thanks Jake! Take control of your own finances with Wealthsimple or something. They need to catch up to the times. Edit: Oh yeah! Shitty customer representative. Paid $15 for printout statement. Obviously will not expect black and white printout then requested for coloured print. And what I got bad attitude with spilled stamp which he didn't change.
