Walked into this location, no lineup, but was still met with unbelievable rudeness from the female clerk at the counter. She was dismissive, unprofessional, and acted like helping me was a burden. No basic courtesy, no willingness to assist – just a cold, arrogant attitude. This branch clearly doesn’t value its customers. I will never return and wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Absolutely unacceptable.

The clerk would not exchange my 10 toonies for a $20 bill unless I was a client. How lazy and pathetic is that?

Good so far. Much more helpful than RBC. This is my preferred location in London at the moment.

It was the worst customer service experience that I had today at this branch . It is really disgusting behaviour of the employee( Evan) this is the name that she mentioned. Actually recently in a theft all my cards got stolen due to which some of my automatic payments could not go through . I simply need a letter or something in written that states my cards actually got stolen. Instead of helping me out she rather very rudely said this is not the branch where my accounts were held . No smiles, no greetings, and no professionalism. It was quite disheartening to see a lack of basic customer service etiquette, especially at a bank where clients expect a certain level of respect and care. A simple smile or even returning a greeting would have gone a long way in improving the experience. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes efforts to train their staff on proper customer interaction.
