Nice place and staff is cooperative.
Rude tellers.
Went in, Talked with a man at the front desk to have my Phone number connected with my bank account changed, he seemed to be bothered by me coming to him, even seemed like he was trying to rush me, Took less than 5 minutes. It has been a week since then and I'm still unable to get into my account, as they never changed it. The staff truly do not seem to care.
I've waited two weeks now for customer service at this branch to call me. They still haven't called me back even after I left a message and my telephone number.
When did they start locking the doors to the ATM's. If this is what is going to continue in the future. My other bank fees should be waived and by Scotiabank and my costs to use other banks and there service charged should be paid back in full by Scotia. Great business practice not letting customers this is the new policy.
