Zero stars. This is some of the most incompetent human beings imaginable. The advisors are completely unhelpful, they ignore emails and phone calls. So does the manager who has a voicemail set up stating he would be in contact with people within 2 to 3 days. That is not the case. I contacted to state that I had issues with an employee of theirs due to an appointment being cancelled without notice, without just cause, and without rebooking.
