Tellers are helpful but the service and policies are terrible, managers are disrespectful. We've gone in 3 times to try to make changes to our accounts and they never get completed. They now have hours for ABM use-8:30am to 8pm not convenient at all. I've been a customer since 1985 and am looking elsewhere.

No Saturday hours and left early on Friday.
I recently had an appointment with Mr Hardeep at the Listowel branch. I can't say enough good for this person. He took the time to look after my concern and had it looked after professionally and quickly that day by the following morning. It was all straightened out. Kudos. That's why I've got everything financially through this facility. Respect, honesty and service goes a long way.
