Horrible service. We let a message to make an appointment and never heard back. So we went into the branch and We were advised to call and make an appointment. The mailbox was full, as was the backup. Horrible service

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a bank. I understand they have rules they have to follow. But the tone and attitude from the supervisor over a simple request is unacceptable. There’s a nice way to say things, kindness is free. Again I understand you have rules to follow and couldn’t accommodate my request.

Zero stars. This is some of the most incompetent human beings imaginable. The advisors are completely unhelpful, they ignore emails and phone calls. So does the manager who has a voicemail set up stating he would be in contact with people within 2 to 3 days. That is not the case. I contacted to state that I had issues with an employee of theirs due to an appointment being cancelled without notice, without just cause, and without rebooking.
