I thought I was the only one with bad service here, avoid listowal scotia bank by any means.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a bank. I understand they have rules they have to follow. But the tone and attitude from the supervisor over a simple request is unacceptable. There’s a nice way to say things, kindness is free. Again I understand you have rules to follow and couldn’t accommodate my request.
Zero stars. This is some of the most incompetent human beings imaginable. The advisors are completely unhelpful, they ignore emails and phone calls. So does the manager who has a voicemail set up stating he would be in contact with people within 2 to 3 days. That is not the case. I contacted to state that I had issues with an employee of theirs due to an appointment being cancelled without notice, without just cause, and without rebooking. I was counting on the EV charger, but the unit was not active.
If I could give less than 1 star I would, this is the worst branch ever!
