Would be zero stars if I could. Will never deal with scotia again after the "service" at this branch. Went to pick up a new credit card and they said they didn't have it, no explanation, was it not delivered yet, lost, returned to head office?? Nothing, just semi hostile staff while I tried to get answers. I stayed polite I promise, but after no help from the tellers I left and called customer service from the parking lot. Absolutely terrible. Not worth the gas money to drive there. Drive the extra couple minutes to go to a different branch. Don't bother calling either you won't get an answer. Wish I could give 0 stars.

I went to this branch today because my card has been blocked for the past two months from the bank’s end. I never reported it lost or stolen or fraud. I called the Fraud Department, and they told me to go to the branch. When I visited the branch, they told me to call the Fraud Department.
