Had a terrible experience at this Scotiabank branch with advisor Abhishek. I went with my wife to discuss investment options—he didn’t provide any advice even after I kept asking multiple times. Instead, he pointed fingers, told me I AM Not TALKING to you, and acted very unprofessionally. I felt insult. you giving advice on my money and saying to me not reply. He completely spoiled our day. The worst bank branch with terrible employees. I have closed my account with them.
Very disappointed with this Scotiabank ATM. My card got stuck inside and the machine suddenly took it — I was unable to withdraw any cash. When I called the lost and stolen card line, they only told me to lock my card but provided no real resolution or help to get it back. There was no “Out of Service” sign or any error message on the screen, inside or outside the ATM. Extremely frustrating experience — avoid using this ATM until it’s properly checked or repaired.
Very bad
I just seen a post video of a woman who saying they took a 10,000 dollar check from her/husband. That was sent from another company. And now they closed her husband's account. And won't send money to them or the agency who sent it to couples bank acct. They have been holding it for 30 days or more. I stay in USA and her posts are getting passed around. Give what is owed to her and family!! Your buisness is looking bad on Instagram, fb, and tiktok. 👿👿👿
