Terrible customer service! We are a business and can't even get a phone call back.
Update we are raising our rating from 1 star to 3 on the issue we've been experiencing with an insurance cheque. If the rating was only about Andrea it would be a 5 but it needs to include Scotia Bank and the issues. After numerous attempts to reach someone by phone and email through the "Scotia Helps" service, we decided to visit the branch again.
