Terrible customer service! We are a business and can't even get a phone call back.
Update we are raising our rating from 1 star to 3 on the issue we've been experiencing with an insurance cheque. If the rating was only about Andrea it would be a 5 but it needs to include Scotia Bank and the issues. After numerous attempts to reach someone by phone and email through the "Scotia Helps" service, we decided to visit the branch again. Went in and spoke with teller and floor manager about needed help with an insurance cheque. We were told they could not help and was given a Scotia Helps phone number and email. 1) it's a 2 hour wait when you call. 2 ) it offers to leave a voicemail if you push 1, this does not work 3) used the email I was given and got an automated reply that that email is no longer monitored (for the last 2 years) 4) they provide a link so you go use their portal.
