They gave reduced staff so that you are forced to wait in a very long line up to do a pre arranged transaction
Moved to Scotiabank Lindsay after a very bad and costly experience with CIBC in Lindsay....been with them for many years now. Never had a problem. Don't know why the poor rating... everyone I have dealt with is polite and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Scotiabank Lindsay.
If you called to get ahold of anyone in this branch good luck, the tellers are really nice, it all comes down to poor management, they definitely need a new branch manager, I packed it in, went to BMO
They have their hours for the ATM posted directly on their door stating Monday-Sunday the ATM is avaliable from 5:30am-10pm, yet I went today multiple times and was unable to access the ATM at all, and there is no other Scotiabank in the area to go too.
The Lindsay bank is the worst. It takes over a month for a SENIOR advisor to event get back to complete a load application after sitting in his office. I'm blown away how terrible they are. It's been at least a 2 month process just getting a simple loan and we are still not done.
