So happy they finally opened a Scotiabank in Sainte-Dorothee. Amazing staff there, always very helpful
Extrêmement déçue du service reçu, Chèque déposé pour la fermeture du pret ça fait plus qu’un mois, Impossible d’avoir une confirmation de fermeture, la succursale, nous envoie au service à clientèle, Le service à la clientèle, plusieurs heures d’attente, apparemment ils sont pris avec un retard énorme de plusieurs semaines dans l’application des paiments, malgré le fait que le pret est payé et fermé, ils ont quand même retiré l’argent pour un autre mois, Impossible d’avoir de l’aide.
Unprofessionally at its peak. I had an appointment at 12pm and inspite of that I was made to wait 25mins. These people do not respect a person’s time and when asked have a smug smile about it. Joe Kutsopulos is totally unprofessional person working here, I am surprised how such a guy is allowed to work in customer service. Avoid Joe at all costs and this branch as well.
