Very poor customer service. Some of the customer representatives do not have adequate working knowledge about basic concepts. Tried to change pin of my credit card. They would not let me. Wasted my half an hour here. Even though this location is close to my home, I'll avoid going here in future. Extremely rude and condescending behaviour.

This branch is in trouble. New manager is not worth talking to. Don’t waste your time wih a business account here or at any Scotia for that matter. Your business means nothing to them. They act like a monopoly and could care less about having you as a customer. If not for Ingrid I’d have nothing good to say for this branch. Customer service left with Judy
Shocking customer service experience from the interim manager Christina Pearson. She is useless, rude, and condescending and should not be in a consumer facing role. Christina you genuinely are awful and I suggest you check yourself before you get fired.
