customer Services very Unprofessional rude!!I hope this bank takes steps to improve customer service!!!
Today i am working in X compny and i went to the bank for some bills but she told me that i can not give you bills because your compny’s account is not in our bank even i told her that i want this for my personal use . And i have my own account in this bank but she didn’t convince and she denied .
Very poor customer service. Some of the customer representatives do not have adequate working knowledge about basic concepts. Tried to change pin of my credit card. They would not let me. Wasted my half an hour here. Even though this location is close to my home, I'll avoid going here in future. Extremely rude and condescending behaviour.
Had an issue with my checking banking account and Robin was very professional and helpful! Thank you Robin for.making my week!
