Very waste customer service
I wish all of my reviews could be positive, but here we go. We’ve been customers of this Scotia branch ever since we moved to the area six years ago. Back then, the staff were friendly, and there were enough employees to assist customers and maintain proper hours. However, over the past three years, things seem to have declined. customer Services very Unprofessional rude!!I hope this bank takes steps to improve customer service!!!
Today i am working in X compny and i went to the bank for some bills but she told me that i can not give you bills because your compny’s account is not in our bank even i told her that i want this for my personal use . And i have my own account in this bank but she didn’t convince and she denied .
