So disappointing! Waited over half hour for a stamp on an application! Need to get more training for there employees!
I was there this morning and they open the door 10mins late. Four of us we’re waiting in the entrance door. I understand she’s fixing something but she could’ve just open the door for us so we can wait inside. I’m the first customer and the lady who opened the door and first teller who helped me name Roxanne, she’s not very friendly not even smiling(feels like I’m not welcome in there)unlike with other teller they are jolly and friendly when I visited the branch in the past.
