Service here is a bit slow and the ATMs are outdated and never takes in the full amount or is regularly having the deposit function not working.
I recommend avoiding this location. They clearly do not understand their procedures and provide terrible customer service. They refused to accept my SIN and passport for identification since I was waiting for my license to arrive in the mail. The agent insisted it wasn't in her system. I tried to explain that a passport is an official form of ID, but she continued to refuse. Each time I've returned, there have been issues, and I've had to wait a long time for assistance, despite there being barely anyone in line.
I've transacted in this branch so many times in the past. None of those times was worth commending till I was attended by Priyanka. While in queue, I observed that she greeted each and every customer she attended with a smile. She was prompt in taking the next customer soon as she finished one. She made sure that she addressed the reason why I came to the bank by confirming my request. She made me feel welcomed. Her actions should be the benchmark of an excellent customer service.

Been in Scotia bank branches all over the city but never seen staff that much arrogant. Especially the girl at the front desk. Never coming back.
