Very slow will not go back
POOR service. Only 1 teller works on a busy Thursday afternoon. Other teller pretending to be busy. Third counter was closed, no one there helped any customer. Long line up at the door. No one cares here. I complained about waiting too long but they said file a complaint with bank. Like they don’t care even if you tell them that you are not happy with their service. I think it’s time to move my business account to TD bank next door.
Very useless ATMs. Not available to deposit (the machine at southside)most of the time causing loss of money and time.
If there was a zero star rating, you guys would have received that. Such a negligent, ignorant, irresponsible and incompetent branch. The management team of this branch needs to be fired since they take no responsibility of their actions. Their reception doesn’t take any calls and chats all day. Worst Scotiabank customer experience ever experienced by me.
