Very bad services, bank advisor need to ask me source of income, and employment information, this is not being asked when I open an account with other banks, and tellers are very unmotivated and hostile.
We visited this frustrating branch yesterday to help my mother open a new account. We were informed that all advisers were busy and were asked to return the next day at 9:30 AM. She even said to come earlier than the opening to get a slot. We arrived early as advised and were already waiting outside by 9:00 AM. We were assisted at exactly 9:30 AM, only to be told by the teller that no one could accommodate us.
