Long waits, short staffed location- no matter whenever u go there.
Ekta bhamra is the rudest bank official in this branch so don’t meet her as she doesn’t know how to speak to her customers. I told her that my wife can authorise me to speak as I know most of the banking and she replied that why you have kept everything on your wife’s name when she knows nothing. I want to ask her who are you to tell me this. If the manager is reading this please call me.
They need to fix the atm, I can't deposit cash.
All the time the ATM for deposit not working and they are lazy to fix it. Also, they have the oldest ATM. I’ll move my account from here.
