bad customer service they don’t know that how to deal with customers
We have been banking at this location for over 2 years. We had bad experience with business banking with other banks and even other location of Scotiabank due to our business cash requirements. But staff here is very helpful. We have dealt with Priyanka and Sandra the most, they have gone out of their ways to help us.
Worst branch with worst employees. Beware of advisor Nafisa Mohammadi and branch manager Khaled beyk. I booked GICs and gave clear instruction not to renew on maturity but I was shocked to see that those GICs were renewed against my instruction. When I spoke with Nafisa Mohammadi she acknowledged that it was a mistake from the Branch's end and promised that this will be fixed.
