Rude, unprofessional, and un-Canadian. They fly rainbow flags instead of Canadian flags. If you question them about that, they shut down your back account. What an absolute disgrace.
I have been to this branch many times, have always found the staff to give excellent service. The customer service manager is always quick to help out and efficient, the manager of the branch also very accommodating and has always been extremely helpful. Great service, keep it up.
