One of the worst. Unfortunately, they have my money. Nothing they offer, should be considered. Always pleading no contest and asking you to speak to someone else. Charge for accounts that are not chargeable ( one meets the balance requirements); including changing one’s credit card from no fees to hefty annual fees. Requesting Scotiabank to downgrade card to original results in extra charges or invented cash advances, when none was asked for. On the other hand there are some very nice workers at the branch and others…
