Cant even use the atm on a Saturday,
I had the worst costumer service I have ever received. I felt like I was treated like I did something wrong asking about increasing daily e transfer limit for a one time transfer.. I was asked where I work, how much I make a year, all the while being looked at like a criminal. The worst part about it, is that I called Scotiabank and its as easy as a couple clicks on their end. Very friendly
I am horrified by my mortgage experience at this branch with Lisa Sloan. They make errors and we need to deal with the consequences. It is impossible to reach anyone by phone, and the branch has extremely limited hours. I would caution anyone from doing business here.
