Love the bank but am disgusted with how the entrance way and ATM area has turned into a junkie homeless shelter. Bank needs to take action before myself and others withdraw our accounts and choose a different bank. ATM should be accessible 24hrs, clients pay monthly bank fees for a reason. 24hr access to the ATM being a BIG reason

This is the worst branch. Their hours are awful (they cant even work a full 9hr shift), their employees are nice but due to scotiabanks policies it renders them essentially useless to help or solve your problems. Honestly I hate scotiabank and their anti-customer policies. I get paid via cheque, and every time they hold it for over a week. Its b.s.
