Tried to phone for an appointment and no one ever answered. I kept getting a response in French so I went into the branch to make an appointment for the next day. Right at the time of my appointment, the person I was supposed to see walked out while I was in line to check in.. no one works at the reception desk so you have to wait for a teller. No explanation was given and no one else could help me.. I am moving everything out of scotia as soon as I can..
I had an appointment with an advisor named Vandana at Scotiabank on 2250 Rymal Rd E, Hannon and I must say that this was the worst and most unprofessional experience I ever had at a financial institution and I honestly say this without exaggeration. Literally the slowest Scotiabank on the face of the earth. Every single visit here takes a minimum of 30-40+ minutes. Staff are very pleasant, but everything takes an eternity and seems to require twenty different layers of approval.
Brutal teller service , one fulltime , one trainee. Line up was so long people left
