I booked an appointment almost 2 weeks ahead using the online system, when i went in for my appointment, i was told i never made one and they were fully booked. Had they not been rude and automatically turned me away, it would have been a very different experience. This branch has a drive through machine that is *constantly* experiencing "errors" so you're unable to access cash from your account and there is no other branch close by to visit that won't charge you astronomical fees to use ! This has happened to me enough times over the last year or so that I'm actually considering switching to an alternate financial institution. I shouldn't have to fight for access to my own money when I'm paying almost $200/year in monthly fees!
This bank has the worst customer service
If it could be 0 stars it would be. Idk how this branch has anyone take out a mortgage, and they probably have the highest rate of customers transferring to different banks. We wanted to get a mortgage for my partner and I- he’s been with Scotia bank for 18 years. The advisor GOUTHRAM is AWFUL. At first he said 380k loan which is impossibly low for the incomes/info given- he uses a different calculator it gives us 700k loan which was more appropriate for the numbers given to him.
