Horrible branch
I have had the need to enter a bank two different times over the past year. Somehow, both times, Scotiabank's 'systems' were down. The first time they actually told me 'if I want money, I have to go to the bank'. I'm really not sure why anyone is employed at this place. Completely unreliable
If I could zero stars I would. Has to be the worst bank in the country. Between rude and unhelpful staff, online banking that doesn’t work and overall time wasted, I recommend to bank ANYWHERE else.
