If I could zero stars I would. Has to be the worst bank in the country. Between rude and unhelpful staff, online banking that doesn’t work and overall time wasted, I recommend to bank ANYWHERE else.
What’s the purpose of having three ABM‘s when you have always the door locked when you’re closed? Saturday at 8:50 AM. Can’t access the machine. Ridiculous.

Scotia Bank in general is the worst bank to deal with period Don't ever try to do any changes to an account at this location if it's not your home branch The run around this location has given me in the last 2 years when dealing with my mom's account is so off rails is it would make me laugh if they were not so incompetent The day I can close this account can not come fast enough
