15 people in line and only one teller open and she is working on a complicated (time consuming) issue with a customer. Other bank staff standing around holding Tim's cups. No attempt to get more tellers open. Just terrible regard for customers service.
Don’t use scotibank ans if you are already using it don’t use this brach particularly because they sold you cards and everything with misleading and false information. Thanks
Literally the worst bank. Always charging unnecessary fees and screwing you someway or another. I am shutting down my account and going else where!
that's all the STARS this Scotiabank branch gets because of the Atrocious service..I was in the bank 11:30 AM .....12 people in line...2 tellers at the wicket... The line was not moving for Half an hour Possibly longer...This is not my personal bank I deal with.... I deal with another Scotiabank downtown ....Who gives me absolutely ***** FIVE star rating....and will not return to this location ever again.... Absolutely terrible service
