Decent and clean. Hours aren't the best and calling to Scotia is a lot of work to reach someone. Dina, very nice but doesn't return phone calls even multiple times. Could improve overall as a business but I don't hate it here.
Slow minded customer service. Good for secondary banking services.
My home branch in upper ottawa doesn’t have teller service anymore. Now im here in the upper wentworth branch… waiting on the line for about 20 minutes.
