Very disappointing experience at this branch. I waited almost 1.5 hours after being asked to wait by an associate who eventually left the building without informing me. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name, and when I asked another staff member about him, I was simply told that he was new. No one checked on me or provided any updates. It seems the branch is very attentive when customers are opening accounts or investing, but not when existing customers need assistance. Overall, it was a frustrating waste of time. 0 star
