I visited this Scotiabank branch to pick up my debit card for a joint account. On my last visit, there was a technical issue and the card could not be issued, so I came back specifically to resolve the matter. Unfortunately, instead of a smooth and respectful experience, I was treated poorly by an employee named Forum Patel. This bank is not very helpful at all specially the teller they are not very considerate person …. Worst bank to deal with terrible bank
Changing banks soon, sick of dealing with banks who don't have enough tellers. They've truly earned their 2.3 stars.
15 people in line and only one teller open and she is working on a complicated (time consuming) issue with a customer. Other bank staff standing around holding Tim's cups. No attempt to get more tellers open. Just terrible regard for customers service.
Don’t use scotibank ans if you are already using it don’t use this brach particularly because they sold you cards and everything with misleading and false information. Thanks
