Had the best experience with Sarah Kelly. She took the time to explain so many investment options to me and made sure I knew all my options before setting anything up. Super well informed and you can genuinely tell she cares about her job and clients
This is THE WORST bank in the city! Poor customer service, long wait lines and rude tellers.
What kind of bank doesn't have teller services.. This one I only gave them 1 star because negative was not a option
Worst bank ever so rude have been banking with them for 30+ years and they don’t care about loyalty at all
Was just there at 420 pm and the bank was already closed when it to be open until 5 pm. No reason. The lady at the desk just ignored us at the door. Why would they close it early?!
