I waited for 39 minutes in a line up . There was only one teller on. A eldery man spoke with the manager about why there wasn't another worker , she argued with him forn15 minutes as ro why she couldn't jump on and help while her other teller was on brake .
Me and my fiance had a very frustrating experience with the mortgage specialist at this branch. We were pre approved and went through with buying the house, anyways the woman we dealt with spoke very poor English and was very hard to understand. Many times it seemed as though she didn't know what she was doing and we almost lost the hosue because of how long she was taking! Thankfully my realtor stepped in and got her manager involved and it only took her 1DAY!!! TO GET IT FINISHED at this point we've been waiting 3.5 weeks.... read more
The teller was friendly; gave me some helpful information. Good customer service.
Very disappointed in this bank these days. We can no longer go and see a teller on weekends which we should since we pay for them to keep our money safe. Also now since of December all holds on cheques are no longer being removed apparently due to some kind of canadian law or something…. Load of bs no other bank does this!
Google says open until 5 but their tellers are only there until 3!!! Helpful.
