The line ups are out of control. You can not talk to anyone regarding your business via phone even after trying many times to get answers online. I am not usually one to complain but improvements needed.

This has happened many times to me but just today, yet again, stop in to get a draft check for a deadline for a renovation. Forgot about the timeline. I thought it was just cash they didn't deal with after 330 which is bad enough! 4 abms not one that works to take deposites. Needs new machines
Thought banking hours were bad before? Now they’re even worse! Population is mainly elderly. I bring up that they need more chairs for waiting as the line is often out the door and they are left standing for an incredible amount of time with no chairs with only their walkers or canes. Customer service is nonexistent. Staff are burnt out from the frustration of customers. There needs to be more staff with wider hours offered. SOME THINGS CANT BE DONE ONLINE
