Not happy about scotia bank .want to make mony to my tfsa and rrsp and can not simply go to the bank and ask must make a app for that but i can not tell when iam home for that .must b way simpler when iam home i must just walk in and do that .scotia is not eny more wat it was poeple that worked there supost know me by name .but that is the past
Miserable. Staffing is constantly changing. Never deal with the same person twice. Everything is difficult.

Impossible to use services and work a 9-5 job.. No phone number available to speak to anyone at the bank without waiting 30mins on hold with the call center, which is also not really possible while working more than they do... not impressed..
Brand newly renovated and yet the ATMs still don't accept deposits. Scotiabank Northside needs to get this figured out.
