Still unable to get a new card.. representative really messed up and sent my information to where I used to live, the people at the counter said they can’t give me a new card. Might be changing banks after this experience. I should be able to access my money. After waiting in line for an hour absolutely no help. Don’t waste your time.
Constant long line ups with only one teller - if you have an appointment, they run late and have no respect to inform you that they are running late. I ended up leaving the bank for an appointment I had with them cause they never showed up to get me. Absolutely ridiculous and the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a bank.
Unreasonably understaffed. 1 clerk on counter, 16 people in line. Why leave counter so understaffed?
What's the purpose of a bank?? It is to take your money and make money with it. This morning the line up was long so I tried to deposit money into the machines (they have 4 machines that advertise full service). Not one machine would accept my deposit. Guess where I'm standing now!!!! Very annoying
