Google says open until 5 but their tellers are only there until 3!!! Helpful.
Very frustrated with the bank machines. I just showed up to deposit some $. Tried all the available machines and none of them would take the deposit. This happens all the time. I usually have to try 2 or 3 machines before I find one that works. Everyone around is always grumbling about the same issue. Technology is great when it works correctly. Banking hours say til 5...went there last night at 445 to be told they don't do transactions after 3pm. Standing at another scotiabank this am. 10 ahead if me and 2 tellers working. What is going on other than they obviously don't want to see people....
Dumpy branch. Very long lineups. Very few tellers appear to be working with closed signs on most teller stations. I'm thankful that I do most of my banking online and at the ATMs. The homeless people who hang out around there don't bother me in the least. It's the branch itself that needs work in terms of the facility and service. I blame Scotiabank, not the employees, as they are pleasant and courteous.
business owners beware. Good luck trying to pay your CRA payroll . Went x3 12 noon and 230pm only 2 tellers on and 10 people in Line and went back at 4pm and tellers said they stop doing CRA payroll at 3pm . Now CRA is going to charged me $400 for being late because this bank don't know what they're doing for the business ownsers ,when they could of easily done it for me there ,"why do I pay high fees and they do not provide the help when needed The service is absolutely horrible since 2020.
