Associate Served me ruined my cheque deposit.I asked her to check properly before proceeding she said everything is ok.And call me back that there is error can you make another cheque.Now I cant get any other cheque and my transaction cannot be completed.

Had our Mortgage set up by a brokerage through Scotiabank and haven’t been overly impressed so far with them as a whole. Was supposed to have a phone appt with Densay on Thursday before the long weekend, when the time came for the appt he never called. Scotiabank cancelled the appt without emailing or notifying in any way.
