These people (Agent & Manager) thought I was homeless because I came in covered in drywall dust (doing a reno) looking to open a new account. I provided all documentation required but they declined to open me a new account. I took it all the way to the top, they protected their own, apparently they can deny anyone at their discretion (DISCRIMATION). Their loss, my wife and I had just sold our home and were looking to move all our money over from RBC. Bad management, at least one awful teller that actively discriminate people... read more
