Tellers are very nice and helpful and always wearing a smile
I was in the Fergus branch today. The tellers were very friendly and professional. They quickly helped me sort out a small problem that I was having.
Terrible experience dealing with my fathers accounts after he passed. Very very bad response rate to emails and voice message, it’s been months of dragging this out.
Avoid manager at all costs.
