Terrible customer service. Four visits into the branch to resolve a simple issue, still not resolved. Just as bad as any other bank.
Excellent branch and staff
James Goudie provided exceptional service for me today. Even staying late to ensure I was able to complete all necessary tasks on my end. Everything was explained clearly and patiently. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to excellent customer service.
I have been waiting for 6 weeks for the discharge of my mortgage after contacting my local Fergus branch. I paid the fees at the Kortright branch in Guelph previously and hadn’t heard back. Very disappointed in the lack of service provided by either branch.
James is the most helpful advisor I’ve ever had! He helped me feel secure about my choices and walked me through each question I had until I was comfortable with my understanding. I appreciate his patience and his kind attitude
