Expressing my deep disappointment with the service at this location. I have been a loyal Scotiabank customer for over 20 years, yet my recent experiences have made me feel that my business is no longer valued. Specifically, I am concerned with the leadership of the Customer Service Manager, Arena. Under her management, the service culture has become adversarial rather than solution-oriented.
