Everyone that helped me was very kind, thorough and friendly.
Worst financial institution i have had experience with in 35 years of banking. Purposely withheld high withdrawal fees even though Financial Advisor knew it was a short term investment. Then when I went to transfer money out and fees applied I had less money than when I initially invested 5 years prior. Went to Bank Manager and she blamed me for not reading the fine print and even went so far as blaming other financial institutions I've dealt with for not applying the fee. TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN, RUN, RUN.
All I have to say is Carol Harbin. By far the best bank experience I've ever had, nothing but great things to say about her. She was very rushed and had very little time to get me approved for a house and she did it. If your a first time home buyer you want Carol, overall great experience and I highly recommend edson scotia.
