Had the worst experience with Bijal Udwadia. I came in the morning, advisor said only Olga know how to open Safety Deposit box. I asked for appointment and she said you will be prioritize you.. Waited 3 hours for Olga and thrown back in the line. Stupid Bijal claims she knows how to open Safety Deposit box but she doesn’t!!
No help Worst customer experience. Soon I’ll close my accounts from these arrogant and useless people.
Manager dont even know how to run bank. Doesnt even know teller told the charge for 15$ and she said 25$ wow this is how you run business and hire uneducated managers lol
Supposedly open, but myself and six other people were here at 9:30am and no dice. People are still trying the doors, but no signage is up and online also says you're open.
No outside atm so people who need to deposit cash on weekends after business hours can't and are forced to wait until a week day absolutely terrible
