Scotiabank in Oliver Square is a well-established and clean branch that provides a welcoming atmosphere for customers. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any banking needs. The location is convenient, making it easy to stop by for personal or business banking. Overall, it's a reliable branch with great customer service.

Have been a Scotiabank customer for more than 25 years. After twice visiting this branch, I've decided to move my business elsewhere. Their investment staff is under-skilled and unprofessional. The tellers have been instructed to move people through as quickly as possible with no consideration to customer service. The value of actually having a branch with people this useless makes me consider going exclusively to online banking.
We have 2 mortgages through this branch, and they can't get the address right on mail. Even after several requests to fix it. Update: 6 months later, I've left 13 voice mails for their "customer experience coordinator" I was told to contact for an address change. No response. We continue to not receive mail from our branch as they refuse to fix our address.
I had a very pleasant experience opening an account here. I had Harshit helping me set everything up and it went smoothly. Very nice guy as well.
