Slow service at month end when everyone needs help, no business line to drop off deposits, unprofessional...and they don't give receipts for mortgage payouts...what kind of bank is this, I can't get anyone to answer the phone..i see where all the profits went, nice redesign meanwhile customer service is still bad
I am very disappointed with the service i received. The staff appeared busy with their conversations, seemingly neglecting the customers. Furthermore, the advisor left the branch five minutes after our scheduled appointment, leaving me waiting without explanation, only to be asked to reschedule later. I will not be visiting this branch again !
I went to this bank in the morning. I asked if it was possible to release some money from my paycheque. The staff member said she’d check with her manager, but never did—and just told me she couldn’t help. Pathetic customer service with no effort or explanation. Very disappointed.
