I am a scotiabank customer from last 9 years and never had any issue but I visited this branch first time in my life because i wanted withdrawal of 5K cash from my account for my business and the arrogant lady named Preety groover just gave only $3000 and when i called my coworker to let him know that only $3000 i can withdraw that time she told me to not to use phone in bank while you at counter and start arguing me. After getting such a bad reviews you guys are still not working on it . Shame on you guys. I met Sonia Kullar and asked her something she replied me rudely . At least you guys should know how to talk to customers. I have never seen such a bad reviews of anyone before . Not going to visit this branch again
There is no one available to assist you properly even they are unable to print a statement on a single page if you can’t do that you can literally ask your colleague to help rather than refusing customers
