Tim and Jonathan were very helpful and friendly in assisting me picking up my card! Tim especially was very patient with me and a went the extra mile to update some information. Great service! :)
This branch is fantastic, however I just received a letter informing me that they’re taking cash related services away from the branch and that it will become an “advice only” branch. This is outrageous, you’re stripping the core banking responsibilities away from the branch.. has Scotiabank forgotten that it’s a bank? I’ve never felt more pushed towards moving my banking elsewhere. Record profits while chasing this level of greed to strip down services and reduce banking footprint to save costs.
