This is the worst, most incompetent bank I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I’m a Tangerine member, which allows me to withdraw and deposit money fee-free at their ATMs. I had $20 in American from a recent trip, and they refused to convert it to Canadian for me, saying there was a recent “policy change.” This bank doesn’t care about their customers, just getting people out as fast as they can so they can eat and gossip. Stay far away!

This branch has the most incompetent staff. You have a small business adviser Warren Holness who never answers his phone, voicemails, and emails about an issue that I was supposed to get an answer in three days after meeting and it’s been over 1 month. Then you have incompetent bank tellers whose English spelling and grammar are horrible and spending nearly an hour to complete a wire and making mistakes that causes major inconveniences. I would avoid this branch at all costs.

Absolutely awful experience at this branch. The young woman at the front desk was rude and dismissive, acting as though helping customers was a burden and she was doing me a favour. If you hate your job and dislike dealing with people, you shouldn’t be in customer service. To be fair, the teller I interacted with was very nice, which was the only positive aspect of my visit.
