They never call anymore ....
Not a fan. Staff gave me attitude while asking me questions to confirm my identity. I have banked with Scotia for years and now they cannot confirm my identity for some reason. Also why bother go through all this identity verification to pick up a credit card at the bank and get harassed when I can just get it mailed to my home? Customer service needs to be improved.
The employee who was “helping” me was VERY, VERY rude! My mother went an entire week without access to her pension because of this woman’s ignorance.
be ready to be charged nfs fees, never had that problem before, but was charged 144$ fees! This incredible how they can take your money and no one in branch is ready to solve the problem. Had to leave with closed account, yes and they charge if you close your account as well! I were client for 2 years but this is terrible bank
