I work monday to Friday I got at the bank at 452pm to open an account for my daughter. I was told bring birth certificate and my ID and I was good to go to a teller. In my past experiences they should have served me and when 5pm came close the doors 🤷♀️ HORRIBLE customer service!!!
The hours since COVID are idiotic. And their tellers, while incredibly helpful, are only scheduled to be there until 3PM. So if you have a job you’ll have to book time off just to go to the bank, considering they’re also completely closed on weekends.
