I have been there for many things and had a number of appointments with managers as well. Everyone has always been courteous and personal and this help me get when I needed done. Especially as someone who moved here 4 years ago I had a lot of things to get done. I've also been in line listening do people in front of me complain that they didn't want to go to one of the tellers, I found their Prejudice disgusting and I'm sure the teller had experienced it before. Working with the public is a hard job.

I want to share my experience with staff member “Elle”. She is very nice, kind, helpful. Her customer service is incredible she always smiles and explains the things very gently. I must say she is the best example of how the customer service representative should be.
