Worst bank in the western hemisphere they ARE outright crooks allowed someone to steal $ 38,000 from my account from a skimmed card even though they are required to reimburse me they chose not to nobody holds them accountable your money is definitely not safe in this bank an important heads up from me !
Went to this bank in tsawwassen asked why the banking was down because it’s been down for a month and a half. The bank manager, a really grumpy guy who’s bald told me that it’s been down for two weeks when he logged into my account he noticed that it’s been down for over a month I said you just lied to me and he got mad at me and told me that it was my fault. This bank lies. They don’t do anything helpful and it’s the worst customer service. Do not use the Scotiabank.
Nice Bank where the staff are always friendly. My only complaint is with the ATM machine being out of money on multiple occasions.
They have great tellers and staff here . Friendly and knowledgeable. They will assist you with whatever banking problems you have . They actually loan you money !
