Had the worst banking experience today at this branch. The manager was very disappointing and unprofessional, and he made me reconsider how much I can trust this bank with my money. It's going to be waste of my time, unfortunately, but I have to go through moving away from Scotia because I can't justify the overhead and unreliability of dealing with such bank and its employees when I need that piece of mind.
Unfortunately with how high this branch is with their turnover rate with tellers and with their financial staff I had. To go out of my way and build a relationship with the staff at Richmond Ironwood. I received a large sum of money due to a family members passing away and didn't know what to do with it. The financial advisor at this Branch was hyper focussed on me putting all my money into a GIC than anything else I ended up and going to the Ironwood Branch for help with my financial planning.
