I only gave 5 stars for Kristen because if it wasn’t for Kristen Nash and her expertise, I would definitely not have stayed with this bank. Her personality, professionalism and knowledge are 10 stars. As I have recently had to deal with my brothers passing and estate, she has been what keeps me as a customer.
