I only gave 5 stars for Kristen because if it wasn’t for Kristen Nash and her expertise, I would definitely not have stayed with this bank. Her personality, professionalism and knowledge are 10 stars. As I have recently had to deal with my brothers passing and estate, she has been what keeps me as a customer. There are rarely any tellers, and when there is they have never been able to help me and when they did , nothing ended up being fixed.
