EVERY TIME I try to book my work flights (2-3/month) using my momentum card, it declines saying I need extra verification from my bank, so I need to call and be on hold for FAR TOO LONG every time. I mentioned this to the fraud dept when I called and said I'll likely cancel the card as my other credit cards don't ask for this, and CARLY was sooo rude, his response was "we don't care, that's within your rights to cancel" How pathetic for someone in customer service to say that- very argumentative! Tellers are always kind and helpful, but the ATM re malfunctioning 50% of times and the arfreshner is giving me migranes every time.
Not even worth a star! I needed a demand draft on urgent basis and they weren't accommodating at will with respect to my government id. I have been with this bank for over 8 years. Ridiculous.
This Scotiabank branch is extremely unhelpful. Kimberly Pardassie, the financial advisor, refused to address my concerns and simply stated that they couldn’t resolve or even look into my issues at this location. I had two experiences here: 1️⃣ I applied for a line of credit, and Kimberly denied it, saying my income was below $60K. Always a good experience at this branch. Staff is polite and professional, and they’re quick to help with any questions. The line moves fast and the service is reliable. Great customer service overall!
