Absolutely ridiculous that they lock us out of being able to use the ABM machine. I don't see a logical reason why they need to lock it. Very inconsistent with unlocking it. I have been there many times in a month that I haven't been able to get in on a Saturday because it was not unlocked. Do better scotia!!!!! Edit.... Sign says they lock the door at 11 p m. Well it's 10:15 on a Saturday night and it's locked.
Supplementary Scotiabank card holders who loss their credit card or have their card compromised don’t have access to the helpline on the back of the credit card. Only the primary card holder can report an issue. This isn’t a good situation if you are travelling alone or away from the primary card holder if an issue were to arise.
