Fine for day to day banking but arranging for an appointment or getting hold of our dedicated "advisor" is an onerous procedure.
Most useless branch if you work from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Even on weekends the ABM is hit and miss for not reason other then keeping the doors locked even during business hours. The 1-800 # is the most useless 800 help lines i believe for any business as no one can help. Instead you end up spending $28 to get $20 of your very own money. You tell me does any of this sound like you need that in your life when you consider how much in profits banks pull in using YOUR money???
Absolutely ridiculous that they lock us out of being able to use the ABM machine. I don't see a logical reason why they need to lock it. Very inconsistent with unlocking it. I have been there many times in a month that I haven't been able to get in on a Saturday because it was not unlocked. Do better scotia!!!!!
