Absolutely ridiculous that they lock us out of being able to use the ABM machine. I don't see a logical reason why they need to lock it. Very inconsistent with unlocking it. I have been there many times in a month that I haven't been able to get in on a Saturday because it was not unlocked. Do better scotia!!!!!
Terrible service, I've done business for years and they just decided to reject my business cheques. This has created an unacceptable situation with my clients.
1 star because 0 isnt an option. This branch locks abm doors with no way to access in the evenings and night because the useless hired security company let people sleep in the entrance causing security issues for patrons. With the number of 1 star reviews on here, youd think that upper management might do something about this problem child branch. The lack of accessibility has lost you this client, with free online banks available, you need to be competitive...Scotiabank, its time for a reality update!
