I bank in person at this location multiple times a month. The staff are incredibly friendly and always helpful.
Always get treated with the utmost respect. I love banking at this location.
I want to start off and say this is not my usual branch however I decided to go for convenience as I was in collingwood already. I have never had a problem with scotiabank but im very displeased with how I was treated at this location. I'm a young woman with piercings and tattoos and dyed hair and was profiled as a "Sketchy person" because I was depositing my paycheck for the month, my account was frauded shortly after and when I spoke with them about it they told me I shouldn't be depositing a large sum of money like that w... read more
I’ve been with Scotiabank since day 1. Went to get a fee reversed, and was given attitude and told that it wasn’t possible. I then proceeded to call the main line with the same request. It was done in 5 minutes and the fee was reversed no problem. The managers and tellers at this location are seriously making me consider switching banks.
