The service here is ok . Not the greatest but not terrible either . Not much else to say . Most things are being done online .
Terrible customer service, the branch manager did nothing but lecture my husband and I while we were trying to get a new card for our joint account because there had been fraudulent activity, and instead of just helping us she decided to try and belittle us and make us feel dumb and lectured us like she was a upset mother, her and the teller we were doing business with were completely unprofessional and rude.
