By far the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Customer service is an atrocious, their app/online banking is dismal, and their network of banks is trash. Unfortunately, I must continue banking with them due to my mortgage. Will absolutely be cancelling my account the second I am able to.

I went in to activate my new Scene Visa card and my spouse’s card today 16 October around 4:15 pm.I was assisted by a teller named Johnson. He rudely told me that he couldn’t activate my spouse’s card without my spouse being present, and he kept interrupting me as I tried to explain. When I asked him to activate my own card, he questioned my name, which is “Kavita Kavita,” despite me providing two pieces of ID.
