Tried calling. Some kind of technical difficulty. Couldn't reach the branch through the options at all. My in branch review: I go there regularly and its by far great.
Horrible service!!!! My senior father walked in to deposit money into an account and not only was treated horribly by both the clerk and management but honestly makes me ashamed to be even banking with the company. Disgusting how they treated a senior citizen the entire company should be ashamed. What’s worse it was the own bank’s policy’s that they used to justified their behaviour.
Doesn't even deserve one star. I will never bank with scotia again because of this branch. Empty promises. They allowed overdraft on my account and sadi they could not return the charge. They said they would but a hold on any debits and they did not apply it. I didn't even have overdraft. So I had to pay the charge amd when all the other debits came thru that added up to alot they had no issue nsf ot back. Liars. The manager never returned my call. Terrible bank. Not helpful at all and you need appointments for everything simple no other bank I've used is this bad. I don't suggest trying to contact them by phone either, once you spend 10 minutes being moved around or experiencing a language barrier the person you try to reach doesn't answer the phone anyway. Should be voted the most useless bank around.
