I recently lost my credit card and called Scotiabank to cancel it. I was provided a courier tracking number for my replacement credit card and notified when it was delivered to my Scotiabank home branch on Promontory Rd on August 26, 2025. On July 4, 2025 at 2:20 Pm my wife and I came to the Scotia Bank at Promontory Road, Branche to deposit money. There was only one very rude, arogant and unprofesional ( with tattoo all over her body ) bank teller. Bank is an institution where people bring money, not a food bank.
