I recently had a very frustrating experience with them.The front-line manager I dealt with seemed completely uninformed and unhelpful. Not only did they waste a significant amount of my time, but they also didn’t seem to know how to handle basic requests. This lack of knowledge and poor service is unacceptable for a bank where people usually comes for help.I would not recommend their services to anyone seeking efficiency.
One star is too generous for the employees working here.

Rude tellers. Not very helpful when you are trying to resolve problems. and the Manager is absent when you ask for their help.
Terrible customer service. Complete inability to answer basic questions about accounts or mortgages
