Poor service, the tailor was weird
I deal at the Scotia Bank on Promontory. I have been treated with total respect and even some times a hug or two. I was having many issues, not financial. The staff helped through them and it wasn’t their job but they did it because they have a kind heart. I would recommend them all day long. Please staff at this bank keep up the great work. Love each and every one of you
Basic account - First Nations fee exemption. Starting December 2025 all First Nations pay no banking fees until December 2026. Make sure to inform Scotiabank you are indigenous for 2026 First Nations banking fees exemption. Also you may have to continue going into Scotiabank every month to have the bank fee exemption applurd as I do.
Fees are expensive. Service is hard to get. Feels like they would rather you bank online.
I asked for help, but I came out without help and no mood. Incompetent people work there, who don't even try to help. I had a negative experience today.
