The only Scotiabank left in Chatham. The parking lot is chained shut. There’s no parking. I’ll start with that. Three tellers so inept to do their job my husband who is suffering with ALS was forced to stand there for 25 minutes trying to get help a simple cash withdraw turned into the worst morning. Never had a problem and excellent service.
Fraudulent bank who does nothing to protect your money. DO NOT BANK with Scotiabank!!!! After contacting the fraud department they continue to allow hackers into your account instead of freezing your account.
Very clean and professional service .Not much to mention, just regular middle class banking!
Tellers are ok but the advisor that open my account was horrible. I went in to open an account with my husband and one of my son. He is nearly 20 yrs old, non verbal and autistic. We need to make it joint along with my son so we can track his expenses and to have any nessessary deposit, deposit.
