I have been with this sents i was 13 .Thats when I started my first job.Scotiabank have kept me up to date about everything that was going on with my account and the employees are very helpful and very friendly.
I got off the phone with the rudest customer service rep with little customer service skills. My dad made a mistake on a cheque he gave me for my wedding, it happens, not the end of the world. The customer service rep gave me such a hard time on it though. I simply wanted a solution, not receiving guilt on everything like the cheque being wrong in the first place and not dealing with this problem sooner (within a month and a half it’s been on hold).
