The only Scotiabank left in Chatham. The parking lot is chained shut. There’s no parking. I’ll start with that. Three tellers so inept to do their job my husband who is suffering with ALS was forced to stand there for 25 minutes trying to get help a simple cash withdraw turned into the worst morning.
